Represented Free Record Shop in its dispute with the KVB regarding the Fixed Book Price Regulations.
Represented commercial radio stations in a complaint filed with the European Commission against VRT and the Belgian State.
Advised Universal Music Publishing on the acquisition of BMG Music Publishing.
Assisted the Truck Cartel Recovery Foundation, Foundation Unilegion and various other parties in its antitrust damages proceedings against truck manufacturers such as DAF, Daimler, and Scania.
